Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds Chicken tenderloins or breast

1 Garlic clove

1Tomato

1 Jalapeño or Serrano Pepper

2 Zucchini

1/2 onion

4 Green Onions/Scallions

1 Corn on the cob or half can

1 tablespoon oil (canola/vegetable)

1 Knorr Chicken Cube

1 Knorr Tomato cube or Consomate

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon Italian blend

1/4 teaspoon Bay Celery salt


Instructions:

1. Chop all of the vegetables into strips or squares (except the corn)

2. Pour oil into the pan and sauté the vegetables

3. Sprinkle the spices onto the vegetables

4. Add the chicken and sauté for a minute

5. Add the bouillon cubes and the water



Recommended Sides:

White Rice

Avocado

Shredded Cheese

Tortilla Chips
